Mount Wise Neighbourhood Centre
The Mount Wise Neighbourhood Centre received funding for a series of co design workshops and a 24 hour make over day that saw the whole community come together to transform the garden space! This scheme is a great example of in-depth codesign processes that reflect the importance of belonging and representation.
The garden space now hosts a number of groups who enjoy the nature enhancements that included a mini wildlife pond, fruit trees, a hedge, planters, a waterbutt, wildflowers, bird and bug boxes and freshly painted mural on the front of the centre to welcome everyone.
